The Department of I Belle Hair Beauty provides advanced programs for practice-driven training and custom education for companies in order to boost the on-site adaptivity of students and train hair designers with global competency based on the excellent capability of faculty and specific subjects. It also aims to produce professional beauticians through comprehensive beauty education encompassing fashion, makeup, nail art, service manners, and salon management.

Thanks to industry-academe cooperation, the department guarantees employment as associate hair designer of premium hair salons such as Jacque Dessange (a French brand), I Belle, and I Belle Femme. Graduates can also work as hair designer, beauty salon manager, instructor for beauty institute, scalp manager, hair instructor, or makeup/nail artist or even open their own beauty salon, either in Korea or overseas, to expand their horizon.
