The Department of International Trade and Commerce aims to develop the students into global commerce professionals capable in both theory and practice so that they can contribute to regional and national economic development. In order for the students to adapt to the ever-changing environment of global commerce, the department trains them in professional commerce practices, through which they will serve as experts of commerce around the world.

Graduates can function in all aspects of a company, not just a trading company. They can also choose to serve as a customs public official or work for a bank, an insurance company,or a freight forwarder.
