The Department of Childhood Education & Care helps the students have sound and firm ideas on education from ethical qualifications and practical capability based on the foundation of pedagogy and professional knowledge. Students learn about teaching liberal arts, pedagogical foundation, specialized courses for childcare, theories, and practices, and diverse teaching-learning methods. The courses allow the students to develop into childcare teachers with warm heart and exploring mind, contributing to children’s welfare with excellent practices.

Students can obtain Level 2 Childcare teacher certificate after the major courses, allowing them to work for national and public or private day care centers. Career options include after-school teachers for local childcare centers and community centers.
