Studying at the Department of Airline Service of KIWU means you can become the airline and tourism specialist required by the era of globalization as it trains world-class service women. Thus, education on foreign languages is enhanced with focus on English as students develop a customer-oriented service mindset and obtain top-tier service skills. The department also utilizes the aircraft simulation room and walking room to educate students on situational awareness and adaptivity and provides on-site training in conjunction with local and overseas airline operators to boost competency in the job market.

Career after
graduation

Students, not just graduates, are employed not only at major local operators such as Korean Air and Asiana Airlines as international and domestic flight attendants but also at large travel agencies including Hana Tour, Lotte Tour, and other large companies such as Samsung Electronics as secretaries, KTX as room crew, and Shilla Hotel; thus helping in expanding employment in various aviation and tourism sectors and improving the quality of employment.
