Small but Strong
University

Korean universities today are making utmost efforts with new development plans and strategies in order to keep pace with each other in the midst of the intense competition while growing into better ones. There is also the university evaluation system of the Ministry of Education, based on which those with great performance are provided financial support and those with poor performance can lose their license. This drives the corporations to make further efforts while suffering the issue ofdecline in the size of the school-age population. In such situation, KIWU needs to put in its best efforts with renewed enthusiasm to tackle and overcome all issues. That is why KIWU came up with the [University Development Pla] as the roadmap of its own development and growth.

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor
  • Administration
  • Service
  • Social Services
  • Job
  • Facilities&Labs

The development plan aims to develop KIWU as a small but powerful school that others will benchmark in all aspects including, but not limited to, overall school and education system, administration, service, volunteer work, employment, facilities, and labs. Such position will be the basis upon which KIWU, established with the soul of Christianity, will ultimately enter the top quartile group among 146 2-year colleges after becoming the best women’s university nationwide.

I have no doubt that, with help from the Almighty God as well as the implementation efforts of all members of KIWU with volition and passion for its development, the development plan will beautifully blossom into reality instead of remaining a mere plan.
